He's going to come out of the Convention with a divided party and about half of its popular vote, with the other half disliking him because he's spent so much time and energy insulting them and calling them racists.

He's going to need to pick up at least 43 million more votes before November - that's about 2.5 times more voters than he has now.

He's alienated most other voters by calling them bitter and racist. He's not a sincere sounding speaker and has little or no charm. He does well with people who like vague speakers who lecture and preach to them.

How is he going to triple the size of his base?
