12. Maybe saying, even though MI and FL got away with it
that if another state tries this, they will be punished? But isn't the reason for not punishing MI and FL because they are saying it is not fair to the voters?
Then can someone tell me what will then prevent another state from doing the same thing if all you have to say is it is not fair to the voters?
