Personally, I don't understand why *any* Democrats would think that McCain is even remotely acceptable as a VP candidate when we have so many Democrats that are imminently more qualified - and much less conservative.
But, I've seen several posters claim the idea is worthy of discussion. So, here goes - should McCain be considered as a legitimate candidate for the Democratic VP nod?
