THE FAT LADY HAS SUNG: It's John McCain vs Hillary Clinton in November

Tonight, John McCain cemented his front-runner status. For Hillary, she was always the front-runner, but Iowa changed the media story, but for a very short time. Both candidates poll very well going into Super Tuesday; it's a safe bet, Hillary vs McCain.

And this is great news, perhaps the best news for Democrats in this decade. The reason: conservatives detest McCain. Rush, Hannity, all the big voices think he's too "liberal" and many voters will stay home. Those independents who will vote for McCain won't compensate for the massive turnout of the Democratic Base.

We will win Florida. We will win in November. I enjoyed voting for Hillary today, but would have been very happy with an Obama or Edwards candidacy. But I voted Hillary because I know she is the best candidate. Some criticize her for a "do whatever it takes" attitude, I think is the best quality of a presidential candidate, a fighter. It's no surprise Kerry endorsed Obama; they are idealists, good people, who would made good presidents, but ultimately unable to judge the American zeitgeist, unable to win, unable to sway American voters.

Hillary/Clark 08!!
