I agree that Kucinich didn't have much of a chance. But should a private corporation have the power to make that decision? That slippery slope is what bothers me. What if next time, they start eliminating candidates after one or two debates, according to the opinions of their own hired talking heads? Once a candidate qualifies, the choice to continue in the debate should be his or hers to make as a matter of principle and not left to the programming director of a network.
