the key in what yuo said is unitary executive and eternal war. They will declare junior President for Life... no pesky electiions needed, nothing like that. They will disolve the House and the Senate, and fire any judges that opose him. Yes, this is what nightmares are made off... but that is not that off anymore. They just need to declare Martial Law.
