I heard a comment by KO tonight about remembering a time when judges were just judges, not Democrats or Republicans. Well said KO.

This is such obvious judge shopping on the part of DeLay & Deguerrin; furthermore, they are POLITICIZING THE JUDICIARY!

Of course, that's what the Rethugs do.

I know that I am stating the obvious here, it was partly meant to be funny in a sarcastic way since the Rethugs keep whining about "criminalizing politics" which we know is actually POLITICIZING CRIME.

Damn, those Rethugs POLITICIZE everything, patriotism, religion, morality, crime, the judiciary...
