Hatfield's contentions were that Bush was relieved of a cocaine possession charge in Houston, in 1972 (the presumed reason was that he would do public service for Project PULL in Houston, one of his father's minor causes).

It's also very unlikely that formal court documents would list him as George W. Bush, Jr., since he's not (unless it was also acknowledged that this was a known alias of his).

This, unfortunately, is completely unrelated to Hatfield's charges, and is almost certainly not the same person.
