We may be embarking on a historic debate...
a ruling is likely to be sought to change from 60 to 51 unless a compromise could be reached.
Decided because it was payback time for treatment of clinton's nominees. Unprecedented to engage in pattern of filibuster.
Filibusters are combo of power struggle as to which can control the judicial selection process. Both sides have been at fault. Both claim they're victims. I have heard so many numbers spun so many different ways that my head is spinning
