170. Looks like C-Span moves it around...!
Link shows @ 7:55 for :18 with 8:00 for the DeLay thing. That doesn't fit, since Byrd+ segment is 1:25 long. It looks like C-SPAN-2 has it at 11:23 PM to let Live Senate finish past original 8:00 time. The ID is the same:Senate Session
U.S. Senate
Washington, District of Columbia (United States)
ID: 186698 - 05/12/2005 - 1:25 - $45.00

The Senate continued work on the Highway Funding Bill, including cloture votes on the bill and the substitute.

Senators Frist, Reid and Byrd also debated about procedures for confirming judicial nominations and the possible use of a "nuclear option" by the Republicans. Senators Jeffers and Inouye debated about a filibuster.

I'm on it to tape both!

Bryd is so much what Senators should be. There used to be many like him, but that was too long ago.
