My guess is their content management / web server system, Plesk crashed. Either they got shut down, exceeded their bandiwdth or were hacked. I'm sure I'm ignoring other possiblities. :tinfoilhat:

This is what plesk does:

* Access FrontPage (and FrontPage over SSL) directly from the control panel

* Schedule and manage Crontab tasks
* Manage user sessions
* Use the Trouble Ticketing System to get technical assistance.
