19. A good excuse to keep Bush out of Washington, DC?
Maybe he goes to Louisiana to get briefed on the the day's events. Why would AQ warn Bush? If indeed there was a plan to do him in, why not fly a Cessna with 500 lbs of high explosives and crash it into Booker? It's not like his schedule/itinerary was secret or anything. What better situation than the overnighter to Florida? Venice is a quick hop to Sarasota, it would seem like a natural for AQ to want to take out Bush there.
