The spire seems to be just less than half the tower height.
 The photo showing the clearly radial expansion at high speed is a littel higher.  That must be the 2 engineering floors that were most concrete where the upper sets of elevators bottomed out. There seems to be more concrete as well as energy involved at that elevation. |
