13. Much of the hostility is due to British tampering
and it wasn't the Balfour Declaration or the White Paper.

Mayor Livingston needs to look at the history of his own Foreign Office and Colonial Office and Admiralty. The Brits created hositility and acrimony to preserve and protect the trade routes of an Empire.

Let's go back to Sir Mark Sykes and the Sykes-Picot Agreement (which preceded the Balfour Declaration) and see the pre-Balfour policy of a British, non-Muslim client state on the Eastern Littoral of the Mediterranean.

The idea was to protect British trade routes to India (they thought they would own India forever) by having non-Muslim clients (Christian Lebanon and Jewish Palestine) on that Eastern Littoral.

Don't take my word - I am an advocate. Google "Sir Mark Sykes" and "Sykes-Picot."
