The incident at the Exodus made the British blockade unsustainable.

Funny how things change and come back in full circle: Israel has now become the exact negative of the situation in the late 40s. They are the fascist now imposing blockades and pushing the Palestinians to commit act of terrorism. When over half a century ago, they were the ones fleeing fascism, fighting blockades, and committing terrorism to fight back.

Humans truly never learn, do we?
