To remember when the US had that illegal blockade in International waters in 1962. I wasn't born at the time, but I remember what we were taught about the Republicans in that case, even threatening to disable the ships, after a warning shot across their bow, if they did not stop. Luckily war was averted. I just don't understand why Republicans are such war mongers, it makes me so mad.
