111. Some bars still allow smoking in New Orleans and probably other places
Many have smoking areas, usually outside. It really isn't a big deal and I don't see any of it, guns or smoke as "Reducing human relationships and cultural differences to a mercantile exchange" Everyone has lots of choices.
