Hmmmm.........I'm taking a wait-and-see posture on this. California's new law taking effect next year requiring fingerprinting for ammo purchases is a classic example of obnoxious legislation designed solely to serve as back-door gun "control". It will have ZERO effect on violent crime, but it sure will make life tough on gun owners and dealers, won't it?
