So if I have had the sort of psychiatric attention that would get me on that list, I'd be on the list.

Even if I had never owned a firearm, never indicated any desire to own a firearm, and had no intention of ever acquiring a firearm.

My name would still be on a list of people prohibited from possessing a firearm -- because of my medical history. My private medical information would have been used, without my consent, to establish a database with my name in it.

Er ... at least I expect that's what you're fixing to say.

Like I said: I'd be horrified.
