Actually, that's not what I read. At the risk of offending one of the gods angels, I read there are two forums for discussing guns. Here and the Outdoor Life Section. Skinner clearly states that a "discussion of gun-related public policy issues belongs in the Guns Forum". Gun-related public policy includes a relevent discussion of gun law and gun public safety.
