"NORTHUMBERLAND — A borough man was jailed in Northumberland County Prison after he allegedly fired shots at a vehicle from his Second Street residence at 5:12 p.m. Sunday afternoon.
Franklyn Charles, 31, faces aggravated assault and related charges as a result of the incident.
Northumberland police said Charles had been involved in an argument with two brothers, Robert and Tyron Garrison, of Sunbury. When the Garrisons pulled up in front of Charles’ home, police said Charles pulled a handgun and fired five times.
One of the bullets struck the passenger-side door of the Garrison vehicle, while another struck the front of a home across the street. "
