New extreme gun control bill proposed in California.

It is AB 962 and it is some of the most NON common sense gun legislation I've seen.

Here is one part:

This bill would require that commencing July 1, 2010, unless
specifically excluded, no person shall sell or transfer more than 50
rounds of handgun ammunition in any month unless he or she is
registered as a handgun ammunition vendor, as defined.

What the Hell is reasonable about limiting a lawful gun owner and sports shooter to 50 rounds of ammo per month?
This bill is clearly not about stopping crime but intended to stop lawful enjoyment of the shooting sports!
