Why wouldn't he have lifecycle emissions set from zero?

As to your PV production capacity question, that enters the area of boundaries and is a legitimate (if rather dimwitted) question to pose. If he includes the PV production facilities, does that mean he should also include the facilities necessary to manufacture the components that go into a nuclear plant? I suspect that if we were to expand the boundaries your darling nuclear would end up even worse off than it is now. On another thread I just pointed out that NanoSolar has a $1.65 million printer with a throughput of 1GW per year. Care to use that as a basis against building nuclear plants?

Finally, he does, in fact and contrary to another of your false assertions, take into account the capacity factor of the various technologies.
