I'd be really suspicious of anything that claims to improve performance of ALL fuels -- that seems highly improbable. But it's the method of marketing that really sets off my alarms. Why not just distribute it like STP and other car care products?

It claims to be (among other things) an engine lubricant, which is certainly not too extravagant a claim. And it's known that oxygenated species (such as ethanol and TBME) promote smooth ignition, so I suppose low-MW esters could do the same. But does it really make *that* much difference? I'd want to see documentation, or some evidence that the company has a good reputation.
