so hard to get many nations to work together.. many cheat.. especially since it slows factories. bypass kyoto, build orbital sunshade.
google "orbital sunshade" TO find a page from NBC or CBS with engineers report on it.
build it now or billions streaming north will destroy the US and europe. Tornadoes will multiply and be huge. Heat will roast crops in the field. Food will disappear.
