The possible indictment may be coming from an ethics
investigation being currently conducted by Travis County DA
Ronnie Earle.

A 1907 Texas law prohibits corporate campaign contributions in
state races, and his PAC Texans for a Republican Majority
raised a bunch of moolah in order to get a Repugnican majority
in the Lege. 

Those contributions were laundered through the RNC, then
rediributed back to Texas, where they were handed out by
current House speaker Tom Craddock, who was campaigning for
the speaker's job.  he's also in legal hot water over that.

Once they wiped out the Democratic majority in the Texas
House, they passed every conservative wet dream bill, and
rubber stamped the Delaymandering of Texas' congressional
districts. 

I'll be throwing a serious party if it happens.
