9. Davis has signed more progressive legislation than any past gov.
He passed the strongest gun control legislation of any state. Limiting gun buyers to, alas, only one hand gun per month.

He's passed the strictest pollution/clean air regulation of any state. He's also passed a law requiring that %10 of all cars sold in CA by 2010 be alternatively powered or hybrid.

Strong pro-education, pro-labor and pro-family legislation.

He fought hard and got little support for his showdown with the Bush administration over their unwillingness to allow FERC to control energy prices while CA was robbed of billions. (see my other post about Arnold and Enron). Davis made repeated trips to DC to press his case and was given the cold shoulder.

You ought to do more research before you slander Dem politicians. Or just go back to voting Green if you like. Their guy in the recall isn't half-bad actually.
