A Fact the war was planned before 911 and for those who are still in Denail need to look at the "Project For The New American Century" "PNAC" which was written on white paper in the late 1990's by this Neo-conservative think tank "PNAC" The Signatories to this white Paper, were Dick Cheney, Donald Rumsfeld, Richard Perle, Paul Wolfowitz, Jeb Bush, Elliot Abram's, weekly standard editor William Kristol and Joe Lieberman as well as other Neo-Conservative (Trotskyite's).
