122. I had to vote yes,
in the sense that we both had an affair once these things happened,

We were still living in the same house. My ex was having her mom's house renovated for her to move into and the work wasn't done yet,

We had already started the PSA. We went through an arbitor and all the paperwork was basically done at the same time and divorce complaint and property settlement were filed at the same time. This sped up the divorce process.

So, although we were still technically married and living in the same house, we were effectively separated and not living as a married couple.
