50. Hang onto that land line as long as you can.
And, keep an old-fashioned corded phone on hand. If you wind up losing power for any length of time, that could become your only form of communication. We had an ice storm here a few years ago. I had no electricity for almost 3 days. Others lost it for over a week. The cordless phones didn't work. People's cell phones died because they couldn't recharge them. My old Trimline corded phone worked the whole time. No way will I ever give up my land line.
