Looking for Suggestions For Gourmet Tuna Salad

OK,years ago I use to work in a hotel. We made an awesome gourmet Tuna melt that was out of this world. I vaguely remember some of the items that went into the recipe.Well, I've been putting this off for a while now and decided this weekend to give it a try. All I can remember is fresh tuna steaks off the truck were grilled/cooked and then shredded. (Fresh Tuna was important and not the tuna from a can)Only other thing I remember is diced onions,chopped parsley and a little bit of Miracle Whip.Just curious if anyone else here either A) has a recipe or B) can suggest some interesting ingredients to include.
