118. I LOVE Chapel Hill, NC. I was born in NYC, lived in northern NJ,
southern California, Missouri and Nebraska before moving to Chapel Hill. What do I love?
Change of seasons. Walking to football games on campus. LIBERAL NEIGHBORS!!! Friendly people. Intelligent people. Small town atmosphere but cosmopolitan feel. Airport is 25 minutes away and direct flights to NYC take an hour. Anything you could want shopping within 30 minutes. Free bus transportation in Chapel Hill. The beach is only 2 1/2 hours away. The public schools are supported (Chapel Hill/Carrboro is the best district in the State of NC) although this current economy and budget woes are affecting the local schools. But mostly, I feel like I'm home.
