29. Yep, the Discovery Channel and TLC started turning to crap around 2002 or so.
When I was in my tween and early teen years I adored the Discovery Channel, tons of awesome science and technology shows (Next Step and Beyond 2000 for teh win!!!), then in my late teens it all started going to hell as all the BS derived from Trading Spaces began to clog the channel and most of the good stuff was moved to the Science Channel, which isn't on basic cable in most places. :eyes:
