What are some of the biggest bullshit lines you hear from people?

Let's think of common phrases/sayings that you hear all the time that indicate the person saying it is full of shit.

Here's mine:

That's just a label/I don't believe in labels

Translation: You've brought up a topic that is extremely inconvenient for me to address for whatever reason, so I'll weasel my way out of dealing with it in an honest manner by dismissing it as a "label."

I'm a nice guy

Translation: I'm either (1) a real pushover, (2) an asshole who doesn't understand why girls don't like me, or (3) playing the role of the nice guy right now because I want to sleep with you.

I'm not a racist, but...
