you're young, don't smoke (smart young woman that you are) and am pretty damn sure you're not going to be consuming any alcohol, so it shouldn't be too hard for you. but it would be prudent to take it easy the day you get here to let your body adjust.

i forgot to mention a hat, too, if you're going to be outside a lot. and wear sunscreen even if it's cloudy...you can still get scorched.

i am going to try to make it to the meetup on wednesday, but am not entire sure i can spend the money on gas right now...i might have to hit up the first bank of dad ;)
