we had three rows (probably 20 yards long each) of blackberries, that came back every year with a vengeance.

We had so many blackberries, that we made cobblers, pies, jelly and preserves and still delivered baskets to our neighbors and relatives.

I did very well in school. My principal and superintendant lived across the street from us, and I had to carry over the baskets of fruits and vegetables to them every few days.
