36. There is a guy in my office
that will ask me to do something such as, write a new spreadsheet, or translate a bulletin in Spanish, or create a new bulletin board, things that can sometimes take hours and hours.

I will hear him in the next room taking credit for my work. "I just created a spreadsheet to calculate the number of hours all our equipment is being used by what company per month", or "I made a new bulletin board for the safety department", etc. You get my drift.

It bugs me sometimes, but doesnt hurt me. Everybody knows what I am capable of doing and I get good job evaluations and raises. I have never felt the need to tell anybody that this man takes credit for things that I do.

My spreadsheets are recognizable anyway, and he has no idea that if anybody looks at the properties, they can see who wrote it. Just as anybody who looks at the bulletin board will recognize my handiwork. He really isnt fooling anybody, and I have no need to point it out.
