Yes, you're right that that's not skinny-bashing.
I think it is, though, when someone implies that a size 2 or 4 isn't healthy unless it's on someone really short or young.
Fat-bashing bothers me too, but I think it's a mistake to swing too far in the other direction to the point of saying that skinny is unhealthy. I know that that kind of thing isn't done nearly as often as "fat-bashing", but that doesn't make it any less flawed.
