i have read many of your posts, and have a great deal of respect for you, but these rants about CSR's get my dander all the way up.

High call volumes, piss-poor wages, abysmal working conditions, and having to kow-tow to every last caller puts a strain on a person. many times they don't have a chance to wind down after being berated and insulted for however long the asshat before you chose to make them their whipping post. they hang up and the phone rings immediately. they're not robots (otherwise we'd gripe about the endless phone tree), so how can you expect them to switch off in the 2 literal seconds between calls?

i'm sorry you had a bad experience, but consider for half a second what kind of day the person on the other end must be having to treat you that way.
