a bag of frozen hash browns, cooked in a skillet w/ onions, garlic, and cut-up hot dogs. Once in a while I'll get fancy and add some peppers. I also make this recipe using ham or sausage in place of the hot dogs. Sometimes I serve it w/ a fried egg on top, as though it were corned-beef hash.

I usually eat this w/ a small green salad.
