107. That's why Stern went to the Bahamas
Their paternity laws are so archiac they go by the name on the birth certificate. However, there's the problem of their being unmarried and not citizens. Exactly why they unethically got on the fast track for permanent residency status. The Immigration Minister, Gibson, was forced to step down for that sham.

I think the Bahamas is going to turn over the paternity issue to the U.S. I'm pretty sure they can't wait to boot Howard and baby out of their country. This issue has gotten them far too much bad press, and for a country that relies so heavily on U.S. tourism for their economy, that's a big issue for them.

Howard and the baby are U.S. citizens who at this point only have visitor status, and Howard is about to be evicted. What does the Bahamas want to keep them for now when they have no use for them and the issue of them hiding out there is causing them all this misery?
