Burger King had a promotion for the Rugrats movie where they pressed chicken nuggets to look like babies (Rugrats characters) and then sold them to children. But this was only the most outrageous play on cannibalism in a commercial culture that routinely portrays M&Ms, chocolate chips cookies and other foods as "human" before showing how much other humans enjoy eating them.

Cannibalism is everywhere in food marketing: for instance chickens do not have "fingers" or "breasts" but marketers have pushed these terms for so long that they are seldom questioned.
