6. Depends on your definitions of good and evil.
If we're speaking in universals, then I tend to equate "evil" with the scientific concept of entropic decay; that is, the tendency toward self-destruction. So, you could say that those people who chronically act in self-destructive ways and make no effort to stop it are acting on the impetus of an inherent evil/inner entropy.

I believe that "good" and "evil" are just terms we use to describe concepts; concepts that change from person to person depending on his or her morality. People don't *exist* (a static verb) in a state of inherent "good" or "evil," but they can *act* (a dynamic verb) as such.
