w. air fare so low (to people who are decent bargain hunters) it makes sense to walk away from the flight if your choice is to have your stuff stolen right in front of you (excuse me, "confiscated") or stolen/broken by baggage handlers (we've had 3 rounds of arrests at MSY of baggage thieves and scammers)
