Just got it on DVD. That is a great film. Loved seeing the young Anthony Hopkins, and John Hurt surely should have gotten an Oscar.
In the "making of" special feature, it included that Mel Brooks was one of the executive producers. I had no idea of this. It seems the comedians have the biggest hearts, when you look at this and "Brazil" by Terry Gilliam.
