15. Today was a really good day but it's so darn variable
I wear out very easily. We took a ride today and I felt great but passed out in the car before we were even out of our town (EP accidentally woke me up by laughting at the way my head was hanging so far to one side with my mouth open and my tongue hanging out - I was really sleeping hard!).

Earlier in the week was rough - one day I'd feel good and the next I couldn't sit up without feeling dizzy and nauseous. I have decided to start weaning myself off of the Percocet now b/c I really think they have been the reason I've felt so strange lately. I don't take them in the morning any more. Just the Valium and Naprosyn. Today I took 1/2 of a Percocet around 11pm - I'll try doing that for about 4 days and, if I don't start getting rebound pain, I'll stop taking them after that. The doc was clear about me slowly weaning off of them since they're narcotics and I don't want to go thru withdrawl on top of everything else.

It's literally one day at a time. The doc keeps telling me "your body needs a full 6 weeks to recover" and I'm just past 3 weeks post-op. So, one day at a time. :)
