Everyone in the store is familiar with her and they all now know that she can be light-fingered. If it continues to be a problem, we may have to ask her not to return - until we know that, we are not going to toss her out. I don't believe in zero tolerance policies and I do believe in second chances. Call me a bleeding heart if you like (I'll thank you for it).
