6. I wonder if Serena wore her out.
The unforced errors by Dementieva in the third set look like partially fatigue to me as well. I am glad to see that Serena can now compete with her sister. I would lean against Sharapova also, and also because of the hype. I was sort of a Clijsters fan when she was challenging a Williams sister. Then she seemed to disappear for a while, at least from the semis. Tennis is getting more TV time now, for those of us without cable or dish. I used to only be able to watch the semis and finals on TV unless I was visiting mom. Mom always seems to root for people that I don't like, and against people that I like. She watches alot of tennis though. I may have gotten her started since that was the sport I lettered in, but she probably bought us all raquets and sent us to the summer tennis program.
