 This painting is by Benjamin Champney - my favorite of the artists known for the "White Mountain School" of painting. This is the area in which I live. I love Georgia O'Keefe. Love most of the impressionists. Picasso. One of my favorite artists lives in Portland, Maine. You haven't heard of her yet - but Rachael Eastman will be in museums someday. |
