45. No.
From the Crime Library:

http://www.crimelibrary.com/missing_children/aaliyah_johnson.html

Aaliyah Johnson, 12, missing since May 15th 2005.

http://www.crimelibrary.com/missing_children/latoya_byrd.html

Latoya Byrd, 15, missing since March 27th 2005.

http://www.crimelibrary.com/missing_children/alex_buckman.html

Alex Buckman, 18, missing since March 24th 2005 (he was a minor when he went missing)

http://www.crimelibrary.com/missing_children/rosa_perez.html

Rosa Perez, 16, missing since March 8th, 2005

And there are several other white children whose abductions have went unnoticed. More than half on that list are minorities (Blacks and hispanics)

I think that media coverage is good but I think it should also only be local media and not 24/7 on national media, just a brief mention.

I remember when I went to Oxford in the summer of 2002, tabloids covered the Holly and Jessica disappearance every single day (the Daily Mirror and the Sun for example), but the Times really only gave a blip to them and really focused on important world issues such as politics.

That's what I now think of CNN, et al. Tabloid news.
